My students

have been working on the Persuasive Research Paper for two 1/2 weeks.

They’ve got 1 1/2 weeks before we’re through.

The rough draft in total is due Friday, along with a Vocab test.

I keep telling them that if they can make it till Friday, after the test, we’ll do something “fun.” I don’t know that they really believe me…

I’m going to show them the pilot episode of LOST to get them excited about reading Lord of the Flies…
